Beautiful, ocean front fully equipped condo with all the comforts of home. This condo is on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building. This 2 bedroom ocean front condo is just down the street to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, House Of Blues, amusement parks, waterpark, clubs, miniature golf and just upstairs from the beach. The building is centrally located in the heart of Windy Hill. There is also a major supermarket just at the top of 37th Ave. During the day you can rent a jet ski, rent a bike, fish on the pier, or parasail over the ocean waves. And at night there are too many night clubs and theater shows to mention.

Ocean Pier I - Unit 306 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the beach. The private ocean front balcony off the living room is perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves. The living room has a full size futon sofa (great for extra guests), oversized futon chair, Cable TV, DVD & CD Player. There is a dining area along with a bar for extra seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. Their is central air/heat and a washer/dryer in the unit. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, oversized window overlooking the beach, cable TV and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
