We even provide you with a key to the surfboards located at the Waikiki Beach surf rack. The surf is up- so enjoy it! Conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki, and only a short walk to all the famous Waikiki attractions, Waikiki beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, the Waikiki Aquarium, Fort DeRussy, and Kapiolani Park. The bus stops at the corner (three-minute walk). Our building, Island Colony, is located at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard, which is two to three short blocks to the ocean. There are several food stores only minutes away and we have a small "convenience store" inside the building on the sixth floor. A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A video store and a car rental agency are located on the ground floor of the building. This unit was remodeled in 2005 and is very comfortable and "homey." There is a full kitchen, microwave, electric cook top, full-size refrigerator / freezer, as well as all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and linens provided. We also provide "boogie boards" and snorkeling equipment for your use. The unit is fully air conditioned. There is a large TV in the living area, with digital cable. The beds include a queen sofabed, two single beds (BR #2), and a queen-size bed (BR #1), along with another twin bed in a common area. The large, walk-in closet and shelves provide ample room to hang your clothes and store your suitcases. Public parking is provided in the garage in the building, currently for $14 per 24 hours. Long-term rates for 30 days or more are available at 150.00 per month. We are available to assist you with any problems, cleaning, or repairs. Please note: This is a non-smoking unit.
