4 bedroom 2 bath vacation home with southfacing enclosed pool. There is a air-conditioned gameroom consisting of a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and electronic darts. King bedroom with a T.V. and VCR, Queen bedroom with a T.V., 4 twin beds and a sofabed in the living room. There is a T.V. with a VCR and DVD in the living. There is also a T.V., VCR and a playstation game in the familyroom. There is also a eat in kitchen and dining room. All 4 miles from Disney.

The total privacy and pleasant surroundings are ideal for relaxing between visits to all the many local attractions, while remaining close to shops, restaurants, golf courses and the nightlife of Downtown Disney. The villa itself is very private, yet not overlooked, and it's fenced yard backs up to a wooded area which includes orange trees. You will enjoy the impressively large pool and terrace. You will also find a permanent gas grill and a covered patio area with furniture for sunbathing or outdoor dining.

1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twins, 1 sofa bed, 4 T.V.'s, 3 VCR's, 1 DVD Player, playstation game, pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, electronic dart board, linens, towels, southfacing screened in pool, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, crib and highchair. There is also a gas grill to cook on.

6/1 - 9/1 - $130 per day + 13% tax (pool heat not included)
9/2 - 12/31 - $120 per day +13% tax (pool heat not included)
Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and New Year's week add $10 per day
Pool heat is $25 per day. Special pricing for over 14 days stay.
