This condo has everything that your family could ask for. It is located right on the Beach of Corpus Christi. It has a balcony that overlooks the beach. It has a living area with T.V. and HBO and cable hook-up. It has a sofa-sleeper. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven,toaster and coffee-maker. All the dishes and pots and pans are furnished. It also has a set of bunkbeds and a privacy bedroom with a queensize bed. All linens for the bed and bath are furnished.

Living area

Amentities consists of 2 pools. One is heated and the other is a very large outdoor pool. Both pools have lounging chairs. Very nice beach area and good fishing. The property has covered parking and free ice-machines. Also has BBQ grills and picnic areas. Has a boardwalk between you and the beach for morning and evening walks or jogs. This also connects to the U.S. Lexington and the Texas Aquarium.
