Slip into serenity along the soothing waters of Bolar Run in our secluded cedar log vacation cottage. Bolar Run Retreat overlooks a mountain meadow and year-round trout stream and is flanked by a forest of hemlocks, sugar maples, and dogwoods. Located at the southern edge of Virgnia's Little Switzerland, Highland County, the cottage is close to hiking, fishing, hunting, golfing, mineral baths, skiing, swimming, shopping, dining, and historic attractions.

Amenities include a comfortable country-style living room with vaulted ceiling, picture window, and gas log fireplace, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The cabin has two bedrooms, one overlooking a meadow, the other overlooking private woods. Two decks offer room for outdoor relaxation and wildlife viewing. Both cabins have Weber gas grill.
