Perched on the slopes of Pedregal this multi-floored home provides stunning views and open aired spaces. At the top of the house is the master bedroom. A circular room with domed ceiling with a king sized bed as the center piece, the bed faces a wall of glass doors providing uninterrupted views of the Sea of Cortez. The bed and its headboard, or ‘head wall’ conceals the walk-in closet area and ensuite bathroom behind it. The bathroom has both shower and bathtub and enjoys its own views. The stairway takes you down to the main floor where the dining room adjoins the kitchen, separated only by a breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer.




Two steps down from the dining area is the living room which features a sweeping couch built into the wall. The TV has a satellite feed for your entertainment. This room opens out onto the Jacuzzi and pool through French windows. The deck area housing the pool is spacious and has several sun beds for you to work on your tan. You will also find a gas barbeque here. Down some more stairs take you to the second and third bedrooms, both have double beds and share a full bathroom, which has a bathtub. There is also another patio with a table and chairs from where you can enjoy the views in a cool breeze.

Activities in the Area

Los Cabos is at the southern tip of a desert peninsula that separates the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez, one of the world's unique ocean environments. The Sea of Cortez is considered to be the richest body of water on earth, supporting over 800 marine vertebrates species. The Sea stretches 1,125 km north to south, the shallow northern waters give way to nutrient- rich deeps near the resorts of Loreto and La Paz.
