All bedding, towells, mattresses brand new! Has a bright and roomy kitchen with all the modern appliances! Inside washer-dryer. Has tub-shower combo & shower only. Large vanity area with 2 seperate vanity areas. This home is 2,500 sq. ft on one level (two steps inside)

The yard is in a park-like setting with it's very own beach and boat launch in the yard! Perfect for those who don't want to bother going to the marinas every day to launch your boat, just tie it up at the large pier and get cozy on the hammock or swings, to watch the sunset. Or get out your fishing pole for some of the best fishing around. Very family friendly with it's level yard, no slopes here!!

This is a non smoking (indoors) and no animals rental. will forfit security deposit if not followed. garage and boathouse are not included. Beds are as followed: 1 king bed/ 1 queen/ 1 full size bed/ 3 twin beds/ 3 futon couches(can be used as a full size bed)

boating-skiing-fishing-camping-guntersville state park- marinas-walking trails along the lake- recreation center with pools & tennis & raquetball courts - golfing- shopping-restuarants-movie theatre-bowling boaz outlets,huntsville, etc.


Current Rates


(3 night minimum) winter rate special as stated above...
$250.00 each night $275.00 holidays- check in is 4:00 pm check out 11:00 am
$350.00 refundable security deposit
$90.00 - $120.00 cleaning fee (seperate from security deposit)
all funds must clear before arrival with a signed contract listed on web site.
