This custom detailed oak post & beam home is furnished, the first floor has a screened-in porch, a fireplaced livingroom, sunny reading/relaxing room with atrium door opening to a wrap-around deck with roll-away awning, outdoor seating, gas grill & tree top view of Pennesseewassee Lake in the winter (Norway Lake). The kitchen is open concept with added bar stool seating. This level has a half bath. The lower level contains a 1 car garage, mud room entry & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The upper level has 1 bedroom with queen bed, dresser and walk-in closet, full bath. This level has loft adjoining with a view of mountains and is used as a television room/den/library with a queen size sofa bed and seating. No smoking and no pets allowed. Included in the rental price is the following: digital TV (loft area), gas forced hot air heat, gas hot water, electricity, local telephone, snow plowing, right of way to water (approx. 300 yd. wooded path). A public boat ramp is approx. 4 miles.

Located on one of the most scenic roads with a view of NH mountain ranges, 3 miles from downtown Norway. Very quiet. Convenient to shopping, antiquing, boating, swimming, movies, local to 3 ski areas, 1 1/2 hr from Portsmouth, NH (Rt 95).
