This condominium has an excellent ski in/out location. Walk or ski into Old Town Park City for dinner and night life. Quiet private residence area in the mountains with only 4 units. Flexibile sleeping arrangements.One unit has additional large loft.No pets or smoking. Ski In / Ski Out location in Park City ski area, by the Town Lift mid morning loading station. Ski in from Creole or Quitin Time Trails. Walk to downtown Main Street area - Restaurants, bars, shops, antiques, art, theater, sports, etc... Beautiful views of Deer Valley slopes and the town of Park City. Well-maintained, modern building with outdoor balconies and great views. Deluxe new furnishings provide pleasant surroundings ncluding beautifully decorated living room.




Two comfortable bedrooms provide sleeping for 4 - 7 people. Murphy or interspring sofa bed available for 2 if required. Fully equipped cooking kitchen - microwave, blender, toaster-oven, etc... Separate dining room off living room with table seating 6. Enjoy cozy winter evenings with gas heat and wood-burning fireplace. Relax those sore muscles in outdoor hot tub (some units have private sauna). Save time from cleaning massive snowfalls off the car by using under cover parking. Rest and entertain in front of large wood-burning fireplace. Fully equipped and ready for your ski vacation - large TV, cable, VCR, telephone, laundry facilities, linens and towels.
