The apartments are located in a central Eastwood residential location, about 80 m from the Eastwood railway station. The apartments are in a small residential building, which underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2002, resulting in a modern self-contained furnished and secure furnished apartments accommodation. Eastwood Serviced and Furnished Apartments provide a cost effective alternative apartment accommodation to Sydney hotel accommodation and are suitable both as corporate, family, or vacation rental accommodation.


Eastwood Serviced and Furnished Apartments are located approximately 14 km North of the Sydney Central Business district, 8 km from Parramatta Business Centre and within easy access to the M2 express way to Sydney, the Central Coast or Sydney Olympic Village. Macquarie University and The Macquarie Regional Shopping Centre, with its new large Cinema Complex and Food Court, are located within 5 minutes drive. The Eastwood Shopping Plaza is within easy walking distance, local Asian and "Little Seoul", Korean Retail Outlets and restaurants are within 50 m walking distance or short drive from our apartments. The Eastwood railway station, public transport, the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre (An Olympic world class Water Polo & swimming facilities) as well as local retail outlets and community facilities are located on our doorstep or within easy driving distance. Various family & fitness facilities such as Golf, Tennis, Ice Skating (Macquarie Centre) and Ten Pin Bowling (Top Ryde) are located within easy access. Lane Cove National Park, which is about 3 Km from our apartments, offers one of Sydney's favourite places for picnics, BBQ, bushwalks, canoe or rowboat activities. Homebush and Sydney Olympic Village Sports and Recreational facilities are located within 20 minutes drive. Eastwood Serviced and Furnished Apartments are suitable for both short and extended serviced stay apartment accommodation. All our apartments are fully equipped with modern inclusions, such as color TVs, video or Free Pay TV service, clock-radio, two direct dial telephones, answering/voice-mail, dishwasher, cook top, frost free fridge, electric stove and microwave, as well as a variety of small appliances. On-site security car parking is available to our residents free of charge. Optional facilities such as fax, cot and additional bedding are available subject to advanced reservation. Eastwood serviced apartments are suitable for short and extended Sydney apartment stay for corporate accommodation or Sydney vacation rentals. All apartments are fully furnished, air-conditioned and have a verandah or a courtyard. The apartments include 1 or 2 full size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room with seating for 5, lounge with sofa bed and desk, internal laundry and spacious storage areas. Our 3 bedroom townhouse is spacious, self-contained and suitable for 4-7 persons accommodation. A landscaped garden and on-site BBQ facilities are available for our guests. All apartments have on-site security parking facilities as well as off street car parking. Apartments are serviced weekly including change of towels and linen. A 24 hour on-site management is provided for your convenience and security. This spacious Sydney accommodation is suitable for both extended and short-term Sydney serviced accommodation apartment stay.
