The cottages are located along scenic highway 30-A in South Walton County moments from Destin, Seaside, Grayton Beach and all of the Beachs of South Walton. Since there is no highway or busy street to cross, most of the guest walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico located just 200 yards from your front door. This gorgeous and secluded beach offers sugar white sands, beautiful blue water, and all of the relaxation that you can handle.

Flamingo Cottage is no ordinary rental home. While vacationing you will enjoy many architectural amenities such as large stone tile throughout the downstairs, 9 feet beaded board ceilings, crown molding, oak staircase, upgraded light fixtures, and a large master suite with private covered balcony. On the outside, the bright pink customized wood shutters give the cottage an individual look.

Amenities

Flamingo Cottage, now available for vacation rental, has approximately 1700 square foot of living space as well as 3 covered porches that includes an additional 300 square foot. The down stairs has a large den and kitchen as well as a half bath and laundry room. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances (especially a working blender!). The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The den has a television, stereo, VCR, two sleeper sofas and a beautiful view of the pool. A gas grill is located on the back porch for your grilling pleasure.




Activities in the Area

Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club offer 18 holes of championship golf and 3 regulation tennis courts. Along with fresh seafood there is shopping adventures close by. Considered one of the “Beaches of South Walton”, Santa Rosa Beach is strategically located along the Emerald Coast maximizing entertainment potential while minimizing crowds on the beach!
