Whether here to attend a conference or enjoy a leisurely vacation, this condo has it all. So cruise the streets or surf the net from a luxury one bedroom condo situated in a 200 year old building in an ideal location of the French Quarter.

It is an easy walk to all the major sites and attractions, including fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, clubs and a local supermarket and drugstore. There is an elevator within the building and the building is secured. The unit can accomodate up to 4 people. There is no need for a car. However, a parking pass can be obtained for the lower end of the French Quarter. Fine restaurants, art galleries, clubs, Convention Center, Superdome, Jackson Square, St Louis Cathedral and Riverwalk shopping plaza are all convenient to this location. Comparable hotel suites rates are $ 250 and up per night.

Activities in the Area

There is no need for a car. Fine restaurants, art galleries, clubs, Convention Center, Superdome, Jackson Square, St. Louis Cathedral, Harrah's Casino and Riverwalk shopping plaza are all within easy walking distance. The condo is also only footsteps away from the streetcar line which will take you to the magnificent Garden District, two universities and the Audubon Zoo.

Summer Season: (7/1 - 9/1) $95/night or $625/week
Other Seasons: (1/1 -12/31) $115/night or $695/week
Rates vary for special events (e.g. Mardi Gras)
$10/night, $25/week surcharge for more than 2 people.
