This Black Lake golf resort home is in a quiet neighborhood with California oaks and beautifully landscaped grounds. The golf resort has a club house with restaurant, tennis courts, and swim club. Black Lakes golf resort has 27 holes and special golf rates are available, including a partnership with Avila Beach 18 hole golf course. The home is about 3 blocks from club house. There's a private putting and chipping practice area about 50 feet from the back of the house. There are landscaped walking paths winding throughout the neighborhood.




The surrounding area has beautiful rolling hills with California oaks, vineyards, and beautiful beaches. The home is about 15 minutes from Pismo Beach and Oceano dunes recreational park, 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo, 30 minutes from Morro Bay, about 1 hour to Hearst Castle, 1 hour to Solvang, and is 1 hour north of Santa Barbara. The area has a Mediterranean type climate - very mild year round.
