Cottage  -  1  Bedroom -  1.5  Bath     (Sleeps   2  Comfortably)

This storybook cottage for two is situated only 3 blocks from the Beach and if you like you can take a 10 minute nature walk to the beach. This cottage was built the summer of 2002 and is ever so cozy. The ceilings are over 12 feet with light streaming from many windows. On the first level is a bath..full kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and all sorts of cooking gear. Hardwood floors and crisp white walls make this a true "seaside" type cottage. Upstairs is a large bedroom with bath and a Juliet balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico.....oh, I almost forgot, we have a fabulous 18 x 38 foot inground pool to relax and cool off.




The area is in a quiet little spot on 30-A where you can find numerous great restaurants, shops, biking trails and of course the gorgeous Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you desire the night life, you can head only 10 miles west into Destin where you will find other restaurants and great fun establishments, such as water parks, goofy golf or other entertaining spots. If you are a golfer, this will be heaven for you. There are many, many great golf courses within 10 miles or closer of our location.

We consider nightly rentals, however we have a three day min.
