The reconstruction after Hurricane Ivan is done as of April, 2007! Let your everyday routine fall away as you enter the island, then enjoy this bright, spacious ground floor end unit condo "on the pool on the beach" in a very attractive, well maintained complex. The condo is accessible directly from both the parking lot and the pool/beach areas. The unit is updated, very nicely appointed, and has a great layout. In the first photo here, in the building shown on the left, the unit is the bottom right corner home. This photo is taken from the walk-over to the beach and Gulf. You can relax at the pool or play in the white sand and emerald water, all just a few steps from your patio. The wide variety of nearby shopping, dining, recreation and entertainment suits all tastes.

Spacious Living/Dining Room - Furnished for Comfort.

The beautiful king master bedroom is 17'x11' and includes dresser, writing table, sitting chair, TV, private bath and walk-in closet. The roomy master bath has a large step-in shower. The second bedroom has one twin and one full beds, TV/DVD sitting chair, armoire and walk-in closet. The second full bath with tub and shower is located on a short hallway just outside of the second bedroom. The tastefully decorated living/dining room is 27'x13-1/2' with tv, dvd, and stereo unit with cd player. The home also has a washer/dryer, and a gas grill is on the patio. Pool-side unit, Gulf side. Outdoor showers at pool and beach. In-home washer/dryer. Modern kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, filtered water and ice-maker, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, chopper, toaster, electric can opener, and ample dishes/pans/utensils. Unit contains 3 televisions, two DVD, stereo, gas grill on patio. Linens (indoor use), towels, and extra blankets are provided. A good supply of paper towels, bath tissue, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and bath soap are also provided.




Activities in the Area

Tennis courts on property. Great walking/bicycle paths. Parking pass parking and non-public beach.


Current Rates


Weekly: Summer Prime Time: $1,195/week plus tax. 7-night minimum stay.
Weekly, Winter & Spring: $775/week plus tax. Will consider 5-6 night stay.
Monthly: Summer Prime Time: $4,200/month plus tax.
Monthly Winter: $1,250/mo plus tax. Monthly Spring: $1,500/mo plus tax.
All rental weeks are between Saturdays. Weekend visits not available.
