This 15-year new mountain home is situated in the San Bernardino Mt. Range, just off the famous Rim-of-the-World Highway, at 6,500 feet high. Central to most Southern California attractions and away from smog, the home is a 25 minute drive from Hwy 10 near Redlands to 330 up the mts. It is a 1 - 1 1/2 hour drive to the Los Angeles, San Diego, Disneyland, Pasadena, Palm Springs, etc. Summer and winter activities include some of the best downhill or cross country skiing, snowboarding, fishing, boating, art/craft shows, festivals, and miles of hiking trails. Within 10 minutes you can be in Lake Arrowhead Village, Running Springs Village, Snow Valley, and AlpinSlopes, Heaps Peak Arboretum, and great restaurants and shopping. It is a perfect getaway to relax in a lovely quiet area with serene mountain-range views, into high desert distant views.




There are four bedrooms plus a loft and four baths. The large master suite has a private bath, king-sized bed, TV. Two guest bedrooms on the same level share a bath. One room has a double bed and the other has two twins. The upstairs bedroom has another king-sized bed. Adjoining loft has a couch that makes into a queen-sized bed. These areas share a bath. There is another powder room off the living area. The large gourmet kitchen has walk-in pantry, side-by-side fridge with icemaker, cable TV, telephones, messaging, and every possible piece of equipment you could want for cooking and serving. There is a gas/log fireplace, a two-car garage, and large deck across the back of the house with patio furniture and Weber BBQ. There are 3 Jensen's Market on the mountain with one right in Running Springs, and a large Stater Bros. in the village of Lake Arrowhead.

The yard is large with porch/deck across the back. Hiking trails and arboretum are nearby as are great restaurants and shopping. There are phones, messaging, cable TV, fireplace, and any possible amenity you could want.




Activities in the Area

The house is well stocked with games, puzzles, and two televisions. The Stellar Bluejays provide entertainment out back, especially when you have nuts to throw. Bring bikes if you like. Activities nearby include all winter and summer sports.
