Discover Indian Rocks Beach and enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful gulf side condo. Our spacious condo with partial gulf view is located in a small (six unit), modern building with elevator. The white sand and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. We have a wide open, lovely beach access just 50 steps from our property. A split floor plan ensures privacy, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin.

Living Area

Our condo is tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need to make this your home away from home. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit, three televisions with VCR's, a DVD player, and, of course, a fully stocked kitchen. Unlike larger buildings, crowds are never a problem here. Just pull into your reserved parking spot under the building and you are "home." Sorry, Pets are Not Permitted and this is a No Smoking unit.

If you tire of sunbathing, fishing, shelling and walking our beautiful beach, hop in your car, or on the Suncoast Trolley, and a wide variety of activities are only minutes away...Pinellas Trail(blading,biking),water sports, deep sea fishing trips, miniature golf, golf courses, John's Pass, Tropicana Field (25 min.), Busch Gardens (40 min.), Disney (90 min.), spring training home to NY Yankees & Philadelphia Phillies.
