Private Villa with Pool  -  4  Bedroom -  3  Bath     (Sleeps   8-10  Comfortably)

A beautiful model, fully air conditioned located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the gated community of Southern Dunes just outside of Haines City. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a quiet residential area situated on a championship golf course that's currently rated number 51 in America by Golf Week magazine. The surrounding countryside is covered with orange groves galore - the smell of which is heavenly during blossom time!

My home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,also a private heated pool with a screen. It sleeps 8 in private, 10 with the use of the queen sized sofa bed in the lounge. There are 2 telephones in the villa which provide you with FREE calls. On the pool deck there is a table and chairs so you can sit and relax before taking a dip. These are located in the undercover area next to the bedroom door. There are also a couple of sun loungers. The villa is fully air conditioned and has the added benefit of ceiling fans as well. There is a cot, high chair and buggy in the villa should these be required. They are provided free of charge.

Activities in the Area

Swimming is available both in the private pool and communal pool. Golf is available on the beautiful golf course. Tennis courts are on site as is a small lake and children's play area. There is also the restaurant and bar in the golf clubhouse and a small multi gym.

High -July 1st - August 31st,December 20th - January 3rd and Easter £580 $1000
Pool heating is $125 £75
