Five of the six bedrooms have king beds and the sixth has a double bed. Four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom. Air-conditioning through most, ceiling fans, CD players and alarm clocks and five of the six BR's have TV's, VCR's and two-line phones.
Entertainment: The living room has a big screen TV with surround sound entertainment system including DVD player. The pool, hot tub and sauna are at your disposal. Pool rafts and lounge chairs are also provided. Business Needs: This home is set up to accommodate your vacation, and, if necessary, your business needs. Five of the six bedrooms have two-line phones. The master BR and dining room have two-line cordless phones. A desk/work area is setup with a HP-500 for all your faxing, copying, scanning and printing needs. All this and basic office supplies are provided for your
use. The Beach: The home is right on famous Kailua Beach with 100 feet of beach front. The House: This 2 million dollar home has over 3,100 square feet under roof. The large courtyard surrounding the pool and hot tub make this house very special. The layout of the bedrooms overlooking the pool and courtyard also adds something extra. The house has a dry heat sauna, barbecue, large front and back yard, two car garage, fire place and a setting on the beach that is unsurpassed.
Activities in the Area
If you're looking for a secluded beach, Oahu is the place to be! This picture was taken from Kailua Beach which is only 40 minutes from Honolulu. Hanauma Bay, famous for its snorkeling, colorful coral, and aquatic life. It is just five minutes from our home in Koko Head. See the ceremonies at the Polynesian Cultural Center near our North Shore homes! Visit the U.S.S Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. Go Snorkeling on the reef. The reef abounds with fish of every color of the spectrum like this amazing "Trigger fish". Green Turtles can be seen year round at Oahu even from the beach! See the migrating Whales from our homes. Oahu offers many great places to view these Magnificent creatures. If you surf or windsurf there is no better place than Oahu! Check out our North Shore and Kailua properties.
