This unit offers two spacious bedrooms that sleeps 4 (can accommodate up to 7 on request using futon queen sleeper sofa and single futon sleeper chair) and is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind.

The condominium is tiled throughout and has all the comforts of home with many amenities plus found at more expensive resorts. Full kitchen with bar, dining table, living room with a patio opening out to the expanse of yard with hammocks and picnic table under the shade trees, chickee's around one of the heated pools. Relax in the shade or bask in the sun. Enjoy incredible sunsets from the Bayside Dock.

The Master bedroom offers a very comfy King-Size Bed with full bath. The Second bedroom has Queen-Size Bed (also comfy) w/semi-private bathroom with Shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and small appliances, including: Reverse Osmosis Water Filter, Coffee Maker; Blender; ToasterOven; Microwave; and Dishwasher.

Other Rental Options: This unit can be made available as a Full One-Bedroom Suite, for 2 Guests, at a reduced rate (one bedroom and bath is locked off). Restriction: Unit will be booked as one bedroom when still available 3 weeks in advance of reservation dates.

Rentals may be available for shorter term in some circumstances. Special arrangements may be made 3 weeks in advance when availability exists. Inquire for details and special rates.
