Our building contains 4 one bedroom and 3 two bedroom furnished luxury apartments with brand new bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, etc. There is telephone with answering machine, Cable TV with DVD or VCR. Most apartments have private balcony or patio. There is a free locked laundry room and gated garden in readwith hot tub and barbeque grill. We are in the Belmont Shores section of Long Beach, four blocks fromthe Pacific Ocean beaches and marinas and a five mionute drive to all attractions i downtownLong Beach. Easy access to the freeway. Some garage space available.

Sit and Relax Outside

For business travelers, we have access to high speed internet, some fax machines and printers. Guests are welcomed with a basket of breakfast goodies which are not replaced as the building is 1 1/2 blocks to the market. We welcome stays of 7 days or more. Shorter stays must be made by phone withing a week of arrival.

Daily $150 one bedroom; $225 a day for two bedroom.
Weekly - 7th night free.
Monthly one bedroom $3000; two bedroom$4000
