The houses are well equipped and fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. Cable TV and a video player are provided. Each house has a screened patio area (lanai). The houses are equipped with safes and comply with all the latest fire regulations. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a natural gas range, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares. Each house also has a telephone. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via calling cards available throughout the area. The rental price includes gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Cribs, high chairs and daily cleaning are available locally if required for a small fee. The site is a private gated community with it's own clubhouse staffed daily. Here you will find a friendly resort management team ready to handle any problems you may encounter and to offer advice, attraction tickets, tours etc. The keys to the house are on-site- no need to drive to a different area of Kissimmee to collect your keys! The club house has a video game room and a snack bar serving ice cold beers and frozen drinks - perfect for a lazy day round our heated pool. Other on-site facilities include volleyball court, small children's activity center, basketball hoop and of course a heated swimming pool and hot tub.
Activities in the Area
Mango Key's pool area is probably the best feature of the site providing a focal point for people to meet and make new friends while relaxing in a superb setting. It has a large swimming pool, hot tub and toilets and washrooms. The snack bar can be accessed from the pool area which is floodlit and open until 10pm each evening. The deck area overlooks Mango Key Lake and provides both sunny and shaded areas. The pool itself is of a good size and heated to 82 degrees for year round usage. The hot tub is kept at a temperature of approximately 102 degrees.
