The Manor at Sterling Falls Gorge is built of fieldstone and borders the Sterling Falls Gorge Natural Area and the 2,150 acre Sterling Forest.There are expansive views over the south meadow of the Worcester Range and pristine views of Sterling Mountain over the north meadow. The Manor is located in the Ski Capital of the East, is situated on the 250 mile Catamount X-C Trail and provides access to a private trout pond. Along the Manor's western boundry Sterling Brook plunges more than one hundred feet in elevation over a series of cascades and waterfalls.

The Manor has six bedrooms and four full baths including a two bedroom lock-off apartment. In addition to the spacious 5,128 sq ft floor plan the Manor has an additional 3,152 squate feet of storage space including an attached five bay garage. There are three fieldstone fireplaces and two of the three levels have radiant heat flooring. The satellite system feeds two independent television systems plus a two-way Internet connection is available for long-term rentals. The Manor is rented exclusively to Non-Smokers and well behaved pets are always welcome.
