The home is reclusive and private yet minutes away from all of the activities and amenities, museums, fine resturants, tours, whale & birdwatching tours. Open all year round. Wood burning stove, antique furnishings, fine linens, towels, china, cooking utenstils, cutlery, crystal. Full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, iron, washer/dryer. CBTV, CD/Radio, videos, games, CD's, books, games etc., Maid service is available at your expense.

From Halifax take Exit # 5 off Hammonds Plains Road turning onto Highway # 103, drive to Exit #11, off Exit #11 make a right and drive exactly 9 klm, you will see on the right side of the road a blue wooden bin, make a right here onto Madashack Road, drive straight ahead & below 15 klms you will come to a fork in the road, turn left, you will see little blue sign #17, keep going left and straight ahead and you will see a sign "Mermaid Close Cottage", located on a private, reclusive 2.5 acres of wooded landscaped your own private 255ft fresh water lake front property.
