The multi-level and spacious living area (70 m2) is open plan and the stair case, which opens onto a galleried landing, contributes to the feeling of space and ventilation. The living room is adorned with large houseplants and features a fireplace and large patio doors that open onto the terrace. The TV is equipped with satellite channels that include programmes in the following languages; Arabian, English, French, German, Polish, andm Spanish. The dinning area is set in a galleried area. An archway leads to the fitted kitchen that has ample work-top space and a serving area. Equipment includes a gas oven and ceramic hob.
