This mountain retreat is private. Its only 4 miles to Divide Colorado. 12 Miles to Woodland Park Colorado. and 30 miles to Colorado. Springs Colorado. There are numerous attractions in the area such as Pikes Peak ,Manitou Springs,Cave of the winds,Seven Falls,Air Force academy and Will Rogers Shrine.The old gold mining town of Cripple Creek which has many gambling casinos and sights to see is just 16 miles away. The Florissant Fossil beds are a short distance away.

This mountan home is fully equipped with everything you will need including washer and dryer,dishwaser,microwave and all cooking utensils and linens. Has sattelite TV and stereo.Telephone for local calls. Queen size bed in the master bedroom and also a Queen size hide-a-bed in living room and two twin size bunk beds in a small bedroom. This mountain home is on 3 acres with 2 car garage, horse barn,corrals, small bunk house and other out buildings. Bring your horse with you if you have one.
