Vacation Rental Condo At The Ocean  -  1  Bedroom -  1  Bath     (Sleeps   4-6  Comfortably)

Located on Ocean Boulevard at 55th Avenue North where the famous Ocean Forest Hotel once stood. Ocean Forest Plaza is one of the nicest older buildings on The Grand Strand. All buildings along this part of the beach are across the street from the ocean so the view from this 23 story building is miles of uninterrupted, pristine beach! The building has an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, grilling area, sports lounge and restaurant (serving breakfast only). There are washer/dryers located in the building.




This 1 bedroom/1 bath suite has a private balcony off the living room with a wonderful view of the shoreline. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, cable TV, DVD and CD Player. There is also a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. There are 2 full size beds in the bedroom, cable TV, and 2nd vanity/sink. The owners, You will enjoy viewing the sunrise from your balcony @ 1504 as early morning shell seekers walk the beach. After the days activities of beach, golf, hot tub, and perhaps some shopping,simply kick back and enjoy the view and privacy. Rule #1 - Do have a marvelous adventure! Enjoy your stay.
