Enjoy inspiring views from the Regatta. A Tropical Paradise with everything you would come to Naples for. The Regatta has a Tropical pool that starts at 0 depth and goes to 6 feet with a beautiful waterfall and sitting pool. There is a Jacuzzi and an upper deck lap pool set right on the bay. There are boat docks and fishing piers as well as a fitness center, club house and outside grills and a Tiki bar to enjoy.




The Condo has 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a King size bed with plenty of drawers and a master closet and bathroom. The guest bedrooms include: Twin beds for one room and the other room is an Office / Den / or Queen bedroom with a guest bathroom. The condo has everything you could want and is set-up just like a home with all the conveniences available. The area has everything close by such as: Restaurants / The Gulf / White sandy Beaches / Parks / Shopping / Market / The Ritz Carlton / Fishing / Golfing / Theatre / 5th Avenue as well as many other wonderful attractions to do and see.

On-Site: Tropical Heated Pools with a Waterfall and Jacuzzi. Gas Grills on a deck with Tiki bar and tables for your enjoyment. Fitness Center and Clubhouse. Boat Docks and Fishing Piers. Lanai that faces the Bay to catch glimpses of the ocean life. Coming soon a Restaurant right on the property w/ a store. Off-Site: Tennis / Golf / Beaches / Zoo / Theatre / Nature trails / Parasailing and water fun rentals / Shopping /Restaurants / Naples Trolley / Many things to do and explore. I will leave out a guest book filled with information on things to do.

Current Rates


Daily from $200 to $400 depending on the season
Weekly from $1,300 to $2,600 depending on the season
Monthly from $4,000 to $6,500 depending on the season
Taxes / Security / and Cleaning fees are also added
lower rates from May - September are negotiable depending on inquiries
higher rates from October - April are negotiable depending on inquiries
