This six million dollar home is on Newport Bay and exclusive Collins Island in Newport Beach, California. Collins Island is a private island of seven homes. With one of the largest water frontages on the Harbor (200 feet), and an extra-large patio for entertaining guests, this is the ultimate vacation rental or executive retreat. Newport Beach is known for its beautiful harbor and beaches, golfing, restaurants, premier shopping, good climate, and is 20 minutes from Disneyland and close to other major theme parks. You can walk across the bridge to Balboa Island or take the ferry to Balboa Peninsula; both are within easy walking distance along the beach-front boardwalk. Balboa has carnival rides, beaches, shopping and restaurants.




What makes this home so unique is its 200 feet of bay frontage and its location on exclusive Collins Island. The home is fully furnished and has a separate game room with pool table and a two car garage. The master and one guest bedroom have full harbor views. The bay front yard is designed in "island style" with tropical palms and plants, sand, a hammock, open fire pit, barbecue and more

3 Bedrooms Master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd and 3rd have queen sized beds. Master bedroom and one guest bedroom have a harbor view. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom and the master bedroom has a private bathroom. Entertainment The cable TV, Stereo/CD Player, VCR and pool table are available for your use, and Balboa Island and its Peninsula are right next door. For more on what to do here click on the Activities button to the right. Newport Harbor is a beautiful harbor lined with million dollar yachts and homes. It is a large harbor used for recreational purposes. The harbor is great for cruising and kayaking and if you desire a boat trip you can be at Catalina Island in 1 hours.
