Add heated pools, romatic jacuzzi's, a fully equipped men's and women's gym with two saunas...and we're just getting started. Situated on 17.5 acres of lush tropical grounds! Kids love it here! Ping pong tables, billiards, card rooms, library, there is so much to offer! Stroll down to the seawall at sunset and sip a glass of champagne while you watch the sun slide into the sea...or if you prefer, capture it from the privacy of your own deck. For those with physical challenges, we have elevator service, single level living with no steps, and paved or wooden walkways which are wheelchair accessible. Floorplan available by request. We are VERY excited to announce that we now have 3 units at North Coast Village. Our two one bedroom units are across the hallway from each other in the very popular E building which is just about as close as you can get to the water. E104 and E107 (E104 is described in this website) both have ocean views - either South and West or North and West. Our 2 bdrm unit is 2nd floor Cottage on the East boundary of the complex near the main gates. We have a view of the San Luis Rey River - Waterfalls and Gardens.. and are just a stroll down the sidewalk to the beach. If you are traveling with best friends, relatives or planning a reunion please give us plenty of advance notice to see if we can serve all your rental needs. Please remember to add 10% tax and $75 cleaning fee to all rentals. We require a damage deposit of $500 - which we will hold uncashed until 14 days past check out. If there are no damages we will refund your own check back to you with our thanks! Full payment is due 60 days in advance or at the time of reservation whichever comes first. Reservations more than 60 days out will require an advance of $250 off your rent with the balance due at the 60 day mark. You may cancel anytime - and we will refund any amount prepaid if we are able to rebook the cancelled dates. Tax, Deposit and Cleaning fees are always refunded in full.
