The house comes with a boatslip and has easy ocean access via Snake Creek. Islamorada is just 1 1/2 hours from Miami and 1 1/2 hours from Key West.

The house is only a few years old and all of the furniture is new and modern. The house is located in an upscale, peaceful, clean and quiet neighborhood- Venetian Shores. It is less than 1 minute away from the world famous Tiki Bar (Holiday Isles).

The house comes fully equipped with EVERYTHING you will need to make your vacation a perfect one. There are plenty of beds. Upstairs there is a king size bed in the master bedroom. In the other 2 rooms there sre split bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on the top), and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Downstairs there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. In both upstairs and downstairs there are plenty of towels and linens, all cooking and serving utenciles you will ever need, a dishwasher, TV's, VCR's, Stereo, CD player, alarm clocks, washer and dryer, Bar-B-Ques, patio furniture, lounge chairs, telephones,etc. etc. and much much more
