Second story, 1,250 sq ft, fully furnished, air conditioning, comfortable full kitchen, separate dining and living areas, full size washer and dryer, and a huge balcony to relax or entertain. Accommodates up to 6 people. Ideal for family vacation or a great weekend getaway in the North coast of the beautiful Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico.

The condo is a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit, approximately 1250 sq ft, fully furnished with 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the 2nd room and a full size futon in the 3rd room. It accommodates 6 adults comfortably. We provide pots, pans, dishes, towels and linens. Our unit also has TV and VCR/ DVD player with a small movie library, stereo system, full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. We provide an initial supply of complimentary toiletries and paper products. There are AC units in 2 of the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the 3rd BR. Full kitchen, full dining room set and full living room set. It has a huge balcony with partial beach view.There is no phone line but you can rent one or bring a cell phone. 2 parking spaces are included. We will provide you with a hammock to take to the beach.
