The name of my condo is Plaza Mar Condominiums #606, it is located at Lazaro Cardenas 155 on Los Muertos beach in old Vallarta. The condominium is located directly on the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta (Los Muertos) and is in the heart of the "Old Town" section of the city called "Zona Romantica." The condo is on the 6th. floor and the building has a elevator and 24 hour security. It is a one bedroom (king), one bathroom unit. The condo is within walking distance of everything that is popular in Puerto Vallarta -- beaches, sensational restaurants, boating, para sailing, shopping, fishing, sightseeing and clubs. On the roof (8th. floor) -- away from the crowds -- lounge on the deck by the secluded swimming pool, the views are fantastic. The condo has two air conditioners and three ceiling fans. There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, pots and pans etc. cable TV with two TV's and a stereo with CD player. This building is one of the only buildings in Puerto Vallarta that is handicap accessible. There is maid service 3 times a week. (note: maids do not do dishes, iron clothes, etc.) The rates are $90.00 U.S.D. per day from May 1st. to October 31st. and $105.00 U.S.D. per day November 1st. to November 15th. and $875.00 U.S.D. per week from November 15th. to April 30th, ($980.00 U.S.D. for the week of Christmas, and New Years) I require a $300.00 deposit for each week and the remainder 45 days before arrival.
