Our beautiful, recently completed Florida villa is located at Cumbrian Lakes Kissimmee, conveniently located 4 miles down Poinciana Blvd from Highway 192. For the price of a mid range hotel on International Drive or in nearby Kissimmee you could rent your own luxury villa and enjoy a far more relaxing and comfortable holiday. The patio has a lanai (covered area) with a fan so you can eat al fresco whatever the Florida weather. A shower is situated on the large pool deck, where there is also plenty of room for the loungers, table and chairs. The lounge is comfortably furnished and carpeted throughout with a 27" TV/DVD/VCR with Cable for those evenings when you want to stay in and relax.




The south west facing pool is 27' x 12' and fully lit giving you the opportunity to make the most of the pool in the warm Florida evenings. The pool and patio are covered by mesh giving you protection against insects but still allows you to top up your tan. There is also a luxury spa to revive you after a day at the theme parks. The pool is serviced weekly to insure it's kept in pristine condition. Pool heating is an optional extra - this isn't generally needed for most of the year, but is available at £80 per week if required.
