A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 required to hold your reservation.

Total rates must be received by me 2 weeks prior to your arrival date in the form of a cashiers check or money order, I will then mail
you a pkg. with key, map, information sheet, sheet to give security upon arrival and they will issue you up to 2 parking decals per
unit, and a self-addressed stamped envelope for the key return to me after your departure.
