The apartment has a cozy wide balcony facing a small forest, living room, dining room, huge kitchen. It's all and richly furnished. 24 Hour door man and 2 SECUTIRY CAMERAS ALWAYS ON at the entrance of the garden. The city of Rio de Janeiro has famous beaches. The temperature is pleasant all year round. The main beaches are: Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Sao Conrado and Barra da Tijuca. The most sophisticated one is Sao Conrado. There, live former Brazilian Presidents, famous singers and football players. It is located between the sea and the only city forest in Rio.

Rio de Janeiro is a wonderful city. If you are not married, please go visit it before you do. If you are already, take your lover to this paradise. You will enjoy more your relationship in this scenario. If you plan to visit everything, you need months. The beach is located one block from the apartment. The supermarket and shopping malls and theatres, restaurants, stores and so on are one and a half block from the apartment, some inside the shopping Mall. The apartment has has 2 phone lines one for internet and for local calls. International, mobile and Long distance calls are allowed only with Embratel cards.

It is richly furnished, with all utilities you need to stay as a tourist or business man and has a very 'cozy' environment. Perfect for a honey-moon. The double bedroom (Master suite) has a mirror panel on the back wall and a 6 door closet, and a complete computer station with internet conection ready. The Twin Bedroom has a 3 door closet. Two TV's with Cable and international news, Video cassette in the main bedroom also is available.




Activities in the Area

The building is in the center of the land with no buildings attached to it. The apartment is around 2 miles from another beach, Leblon beach, 3 miles from Ipanema beach and 4 miles from Copacabana beach. São Conrado is in the middle of everything specially for the Rio night life. Rio de Janeiro International Airport at 20 kilometres. Local Activities: cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing
