Perfectly appointed right dow to the capuccino machine. Our Lazy Boy sofa-bed is top of the line, or climb into the rattan chair and ottoman set. A gas fireplace will keep you cozy. Settle in and become spoiled. If you have always wanted to stay in a top quality view condo without spending your life savings...this is it. Whatever your daily plans ... be back to the condo by sunset. Pull out the patio chairs - settle in and watch the daily splendor of the sun setting right before your eyes. We have the most spectacular view right before your eyes to enjoy. We are in an exclusive gated community of approximately 70 units - the ambience here is quiet and elegant. There are really no external amenities aside from two very nice (clean) jacuzzi's which you can see in our photo. They are at the front of the complex by the water. Families with kids spend most if not all of their time actually at the beach. And you can watch them play from your balcony - or keep track of them with walkie talkies. Excellent reception from our unit! There are access code gates, so no one needs to bring keys and cards with them to the beach.. and we have underground security parking for up to two vehicles. Additional street parking is available (metered) and there is a space available, 24 hour guest parking lot as well. We feature 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Whirlpool gas stack washer dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 tv's, 2 vcr's- a nice quality Stereo system with CD changer/Am/Fm and Tape player plus an assortment of tapes and CD's to enjoy. We also have a VCR library of more than 35 movies ranging from Disney to The Matrix. We have an office desk setup in the master bedroom with Monitor, canon printer and thermal fax machine...just bring your laptop. Our printer cable for your laptop is onsite. You may be required to supply your own ink and paper - Our beach equipment includes a boogie board (or two) Sand Toys for toddlers to enjoy, volleyball, beach mats and towels, beach chairs and umbrella - a cooler and beach blanket too. Plus we keep a wheeled caddy in the condo for you to use to haul all this to the beach and back. Just leave the sand outside please... Remember to add 10% tax and $80 cleaning to all rentals. We do require a damage deposit of $500 for weekly rentals and $1000 for monthly rentals. This is fully refundable to you 14 days after check out if there are no fines/cable fees/missing inventory or damages. We accept personal checks when booking at least 60 days in advance. Otherwise, cashier's check or money order. Paypal Visa is available with a 3% surcharge. To book our unit please send an email with your desired dates - the number of persons and ages of children.
