Schooner Cottage is a cosy, newly renovated, 800 sq. foot, home in Magic Lake Estates on beautiful North Pender Island. This very private, two bedroom, country cottage is nestled on a half acre surrounded by old growth, cedar and fir forest. There are many different activities within walking distance. Danny Martin Park is less than a five minute walk away and around the corner from the park is tranquil Magic Lake.




Play on our world class frisbee disk park just a short stroll away or explore our many hiking trails near by and throughout Pender Islands. $100.00 CDN refundable security deposit required to hold reservation. May be forfieted on cancellation. Weekly rates based on Sunday to Sunday rental. All rates apply to 2 adults and 2 children (16 and under).

The cottage is supplied with the following: * One queen and two single beds * One full bathroom with tub and Waterpick shower massage* Large, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster etc.* Carport * Sunny deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ * All linen is supplied (please bring your own beach towels) * T.V. and V.C.R. - some movies, cable * CD/Cassete stereo...bring your favorite music * Board Games, Cards* Sofa bed also available for an extra guest * There is also a woodstove should you wish a little country warmth on a cool night




Activities in the Area

A & T general store and Medicine Beach Wetland Sanctuary are also within walking distance. You can afford to stay for a week and enjoy all that Pender has to offer.


Current Rates


$85.00 CDN per night Minimum 2 nights.
$400.00 CDN per week off season rate. October 1st through May 31st.
$495.00 CDN per week high season, summer and Christmas/New years
