Vacation Home  -  3  Bedroom -  1  Bath     (Sleeps   8  Comfortably)

During the summer the beach is not crowded because public parking is limited. In addition to gorgeous sunsets, a view of Catalina Island is also included! The beach house is equipped and decorated with an emphasis on comfort and warmth. The living room furniture faces the fireplace and walnut paneling while providing an incredible view of the beach and ocean through large picture windows.

The separate dining also affords its own ocean view. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has 2 twin beds, while the 3 bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds. Home is fully equipped with all major appliances. A front deck includes patio chairs, tables and umbrella, and a BBQ with charcoal and tools.

$400 security/cleaning deposit
$1750+/week mid-September - mid-June
Some holiday periods higher including, but not limited to Easter, Thanksgiving
and Christmas.
