The Panama City Beach rental condo bedrooms are generous and comfortable with either a King or Queen sized bed, in addition to the hallway bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Known for the amenities, The Summit features indoor and outdoor hot tubs, twin swimming pools and two children's pools, with restrooms nearby. Soothing gulf air and the gentle lapping of the waves on shore, this is indeed a vacation.

Condo rentals amenities include 2-cable TVs/VCR, telephone, delightfully cooling air conditioning, ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen Beach condo rentals at The Summit also includes separate men's and ladies fitness center-rooms, a beach-front Tiki bar, tennis courts, hair salon, gated security parking, 4 elevators, game room and a snack room!

Plus 10% Florida taxes and a one-time cleaning fee of $80 on all rates.
You must register upon arrival in the office and this is $10 except during Spring Break which is $25. They will issue you up to 2 parking decals and up to 6 wrist bands per unit. Refundable security/damage deposit is required to hold your reservation of $100 personal check and received by me within 10 days from the day you book the unit, except for Spring Break which is $600 which must be a cashiers check or money order.
All rates received by me 2 weeks prior to your arrival date in the form of a cashiers check or money order. I will then mail you a pkg. for your stay with key, map, information sheet, sheet to register with and a self-addressed stamped envelope for the key return to me after your departure. No pets allowed
