Living area with a VCR, DVD, 32" flat tube television and a movie library for rainy days. All TV's have cable w/ HBO. Full size kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, ice-maker, blender, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, dishes, pans, utensils and more. Central air conditioning and heating, plush carpeting and decorating. Linens and bath towels provided at an additional charge. Conveniently close reserved parking space for your vehicle(additional parking available for a nominal daily or weekly fee). Applicable state and local taxes not included as well as a nominal cleaning fee. Sorry........no pool, no pets and no smoking allowed. Weekly rentals run from Sat. to Sat. Check-In 3pm / Check-Out 10am Deposit Required. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
