A fun decorated two story home located about 4 miles from the entrance to the Volcano National Park. Downstairs is a gas fireplace sitting room with VCR, a small kitchenette and an honor fee laundry room. Two theme decorated, keyed bedrooms with private half baths and connected lockable shower. Cat Room with Queen bed and Bears Room with 2 twin beds. Upstairs is another small kitchenette with a tree view for sipping coffee or tea. The Heart Room with Queen bed and private bath. Because of the elevation, there is cool nights and cozy flannel sheets.

A charming, tree-view, glass-enclosed porch with eating and light cooking facilities is available for shared use. Coffee, tea, and small treats are supplied in this red-tiled and carpeted area. There is a shared sitting area with a gas fireplace and a laundry area. The 3,500-feet elevation and cooler temperatures make the mflannel sheets a cozy treat.

Cozy Gas Fireplace sitting Room with VCR and some tapes. Kitchenette with coffee and tea available, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. Also, up stairs area kitchenette. Honor fee laundry washer and dryer. $1.50 each for each load. Covered Outside entrance porch and 2 car port.




Activities in the Area

Near Volcano National Park with 2 museums, restaurant, gift shop, Art Gallery, ranger led hikes. Near Volcano Golf Course and restaurant. Volcano Village with Post Office, 2 grocery stores, great Thai restaurant and Lava Rock Cafe has terrific breakfast and Internet connection. An awesome Orchid Nursery is just down towards Hilo. Hilo has shopping malls, candy factory, macadamia farm, zoo, waterfalls, flower nurseries, Gardens and great restaurants. Try the local Kuhio Grill in the Kuhio Mall.

$100 one night plus 11.25% taxes $11.25 Total $111.25 per room
$75 for two or more nights plus taxes $150 plus $16.88 $166.88 per room
Stay 6 nights get the 7th free. $450 plus $50.63 $500.63 per room.
Rental of two or more rooms $50 each additional room.
