Private beach and boating community. Completely renovated including , central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Nicely furnished. Master bedroom has a king size bed and cable TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom equipped with one full and one twin bed. Living room equipped with large screen LCD HDTV, video library, DVD, VCR, MP3 player, Stereo, leather sectional couch with chaise lounge and fireplace.




Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.... Family room has cable TV, VCR, fireplace, two couches, and a book case full of books. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors

One half acre of very private land. Shed to store your bikes, etc. Pets Allowed with prior approval, signed pet agreement and pet cleaning and damage deposit.

Activities (on site or nearby): Private community beach, Marina, Hiking, Biking, Miniature golf, Fishing, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Golf course all near by. Come stay for the weekend and visit all the local wineries without the worry of a long drive home

Oct-May 15th ............. $ 3500/month .. $1200/week
Off season weekends available Fri 12PM to Sun 6PM $600.
