Our beautiful four bedroom/three-bath, luxury villa is situated in one of the most sought-after and prestigious private gated communities in Orlando. It's located on Highway 27, just ten miles from Walt Disney World and other major attractions. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are all nearby. Entry to the community is accessed via electronic gates. The community boasts its own private clubhouse which has been designed with holiday makers in mind, and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. This 2000 square-foot clubhouse is complete with a lounge, large-screen TVs, an exercise room, and a reading room. Our beautiful home is now equipped with TVs in all rooms, DVD, VCR, high chair, cot/crib and a Playstation 2 .




Our home was completed in 2002 and is suitable for modern family living. It boasts the highest maintenance and cleanliness standards, and has been luxuriously furnished by a team of professional interior designers. The fully air-conditioned villa's special features include its own south facing private heated swimming pool with an extended deck. The master bedroom has double patio doors leading directly onto the pool deck. This bedroom has a king-size bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a two-person shower, and a door leading onto the pool deck. There is a second "queen double" bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. And there are two twin rooms which share the third bathroom. All rooms have large walk-in closets and TVs. The home sleeps ten comfortably.
