Portland's White House Bed and Breakfast is located in Historic Irvington and is what you would expect of a lumber baron's home - pretty impressive. Through the mahogany front doors is a grand foyer, with original hand-painted murals and inlaid oak floors. An elegant living room is graced toward the South wing with its French windows, complete with grand piano. . A full gourmet breakfast is served here or on the courtyard, Portland weather permitting, as well as vegetarian meals.
