Our family owned 4 bed, 3 bath air conditioned home with its own private pool and top-of-the-range Hot Spring Spa has been personally furnished throughout by ourselves to the very highest standards, including a 51' Sony High Definition TV and Sony DVD\CD player. We have a separate beautifully crafted office desk with top-of-the-range computer (24 hour internet access is included in the rental rate), desk telephone, office lamp and executive black leather chair compliment our executive and unrivalled furnishings. The two master bedrooms boast king size beds and we offer an additional 4 twin beds all of which have top quality luxury mattresses. Seating, dining and patio furniture for 8.




Fans have been fitted throughout. Additional lighting has been installed to the pool area and to the front of the property for your safety and convenience. An electric garage door opener has been fitted for the extra touch of luxury. A keypad safe/BBQ/DVDs/books/games are also provided at no additional cost. Fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with beautiful nook area overlooking the pool. A range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Cooking utensils provided. Hairdryers provided (one large, one small!). Towels and all linens provided (all our bed linen is at least 250 thread cotton and is professionally laundered at no additional cost). A range of baby equipment is also provided and included in the rental rate, these include: portable crib, high chair, baby monitors and a bottle warmer. Night lights are provided throughout the property for your children's comfort. The pool area is fully alarmed and safety bolts have been fitted to the patio doors for that extra piece of mind! We are 100% confident that we offer the BEST 4 bed, 3 bath villa on Windsor Palms both in terms of our executive and unrivalled furnishings and in terms of our affordable family rates. Our home is filled to the brim with amenities. We have a 51" Sony High Definition TV with picture in picture, a Sony DVD/CD player, a top of the range computer with flat screen monitor, king size beds in both master bedrooms with top quality luxury mattresses. A top of the range Hot Spring Spa and so much more!!!!




Activities in the Area

Our home is located on THE premier 5* gated community in the Disney area 'Windsor Palms (formerly 'Wyndham Palms'). Set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 4 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, business facilities, 24 hour gated entrance and a shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service). There is a brand new golf course within a 5 minute walk. Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.

$969-$1225 per week, $93 clean charge applicable to stays of 10 nights or less
Pool heat an additional $140 per week
Use of the Spa an additional $70 per week
All our rates INCLUDE 12% tax and are subject to change until confirmed.
