Les Beaux Jours is a nice little residence situated in a residential and very calm area, surrounded by private villas mimosas and lauriers roses . The Flat ,completely restored in 2004,consists of 1 bedroom, 1 main room with an integrated kitchen, 1 bathroom. All around the Flat, 3 large picture-windows open on a long balcony. It allows you to take your meals outside.The orientation is south and very sunny. Airport: Nice International Airport (taxi 30/40 minutes- bus 50 minutes- train 20 minutes).




The Flat is about 5 minutes from the shops, from the park”La Pinède” ,10 minutes walk from the sea. The town Cannes is about 15 minutes by train and Nice about 20 minutes. If you want to go shopping in Italy, Vintimiglia is about 60 minutes by train.
