We often visit South Carolina. We love the Pavillion in Myrtle Beach and shagging Ocean Drive
is fun anytime of the year. However, Myrtle Beach and
North Myrtle Beach are not the only places to go, we love to visit
Charleston. Although The Grand Strand is a fun place to
vacation, with all of the year round activities avaiable. We still would not miss visiting
Hilton Head for anything.

We have made several trips to Hawaii, each island has it's own pleaseant
attmosphere and would recomend visiting as many islands as you can;
Kauai, is a very old island and has a lot of history and ambience in it's jungles.
Do not miss the jungles of Kauai.
Maui, is probably what I would call the most beatiful Island. I will never forget
the flowers and the vibrant colors, both on land and while snorkeling.
The cities of Honolulu, and Waikiki are alive and fruitful. You will meet so many people here.
The people you meet on Oahu will be long time friends. Then there's my personal favorite,
The Big Island - Hawaii. Hawaii home of the tallest mountain on earth. You can expierence an active
volcano, a rain forest or a peacefull black sand beach. You could easily spend and entire vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii.

While writing of the Islands, I was reminded of the times in Costa Rica,
Staying on both sides of the country is what made our trip complete. Do not miss the city of
San Jose, and be sure to see at least one of these beaches...
Guanacaste,
Quepos,
Matapalo, and
Manuel Antonio. Visiting Costa Rica will alway on our minds.

The homes and condos in and around the California Area are beatiful and
afforadable expecially when you can send an inquiry directly to the owner and open your options. If you go to California consider spending
a lot of time, between Palm Springs,
Palm Desert,
Mission Beach,
Lake Tahoe,
San Francisco,
Montery Bay,
San Diego and
Sonoma County you will be able to spend a lot of time exploring and
enjoying the State of California.

EWA Rentals moves to North Myrtle Beach South Carolina...
Wil and Al started looking in the Myrtle Beach area for real estate in
the early 90's. They purchased their first condo in Windy Hill, known
as the family section of North Myrtle Beach. That condo is in the
ever popular Ocean Pier Complex
Elaine came down and quickly became intrigued with the Grand Strand.
She and Wil went together to look at the first beach house EWA acquired. The
beach house was just a short walk from the ocean so they walked up to
see it. The location and style of the house was too good to pass
up so Wil and Al decided to purchase it. That house is now only one of the beatifull Windy Hill Beach Rentals available from EWA Rentals.
Well both the condo and the beach house became a difficult job (not living
in Myrtle Beach). But Wil's father Bill had just retired and was
looking to go to Myrtle Beach for the winters. Bill spent his first
winter in North Myrtle Beach meeting people, and setting up a home base.
He did come back to Massachusetts that summer. That was the last summer
Bill spent up there. At the end of the summer Bill went down to South
Carolina to live and help EWA Rentals have local support.
This was good timing, because Wil and Elaine had decided to buy a one
bedroom suite in Ocean Forest Plaza. Bill was able to look at several
units and helped them decide. Wil, Al and Elaine bought 1912 Ocean Forest Plaza
and started EWA Rentals in May of 1999. Several homeowners at Ocean Forest Plaza asked them to manage their units, and were added on within the next year.
EWA Rentals now concentrates on the marketing it's vacations
rentals to the public. They are still convinced they can offer great
rental rates by personal interaction with guests. and by speaking directly
with their vacation guests. Over the years they have met a lot of wonderful folks, who continue
to visit The Grand Strand year after year. Read some of their guests
