ACCOMMODATIONS
House  -  5  Bedroom -  2  Bath     (Sleeps   12-14  Comfortably)

Our home is nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our home looks across at the ski area offering great views and wooded privacy on a 1 acre lot. Cross country skiing and mountain biking and hiking right out our front door. Less than 5 minutes from the ski slopes. Our home is fully furnished and nicely decorated. It can accommodate up to 14 people (12 in bedrooms). We have an 80 gallon commercial grade water heater to ensure that our large groups can all take hot showers.

We have a hot tub on the deck, sheltered by an open air roof with out door speakers for your entertainment and comfort. All of our beds are high quality. We have all the conveniences of home: washer, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, color TV, stereo, vcr, out door grill, linens and towels, complete kitchen and utencils. April Rate: $225 - $275 (based on 5+ night stay)
Summer weekly rates: $1320.00 - $1510.00
