Slopeside Condo at Keystone Resort

ACCOMMODATIONS
Condo  -  2  Bedroom -  2  Bath     (Sleeps   6-8  Comfortably)

My wife and I own a 1750 square foot Luxury Condominium at the base of Keystone Mountain in Keystone Colorado. Most Condo’s at Keystone are between 900 and 1100 square feet in size. We are approximately 150-200 yards from Keystone Mountain and we sit right on the Snake River, which runs past our back door. It flows year round and especially in the Summer months with snow melt run-off. The sound of the River Flowing is absolutely wonderful. Our magnificent vistas and views of Keystone Mountain are unmatched by most other apartments. Our unit consists of Two bedrooms and Two baths, a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom, a Foton in the Living Room, a Large L shaped Couch in the Living Room and a roll away bed in the closet, if needed. We are located in an eight unit building, that is four stories tall with only two apartments on a floor, separated by a large foyer, two stairwells and an Elevator . This layout of only two apartments on a floor, offers total privacy from your neighbor. This past Summer we completely remodeled the entire apartment with all new appliances, (Range and Microwave Oven, new Berber carpeting that cost over $4000.00 and fresh paint, new blinds etc.etc. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything including dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, washer and dryer etc. etc. The living room has a fireplace and the deck is always stacked with a half cord of firewood. We have 3 color TV’s, one in each room, a VCR, a brand new Stereo with a 5 Disk CD Changer, so bring your favorite CD’s and VCR tapes.

We have a beautiful view of the Snake River Basin and Keystone Mountain, which is lighted at night. Again, we are about a 150-200 yard walk to the Ski Lifts and the base of the mountain, the Mountain House, The Ski School, The Bunny Hill, The Ski Rental Shop and the Snowboard Center. We also have a Private Sauna and Hot Tub in a separate private room inside our apartment with bay windows overlooking Keystone Mountain and the Snake River Valley, and a Gas B-B-Que Grill on the open air porch. There are no other apartments in Keystone that have a Private Hot Tub and Sauna inside the apartment and only a few have a B-B-Que Grill. We only rent from Saturday to Saturday with check in time at 4 PM and check out time at 10AM. There will be an exception this year for the Christmas and New Years Holiday. We will rent those two weeks from 12/18 to 12/25 or 12/26 and from 12/26 to 1/2/2000. Our rates are the least expensive for what we have to offer. If you are interested, I have a free home video of our apartment and its surroundings. I will Priority mail it to you and include a postage paid return envelope so that you can easily return the video to me after your friends and family have viewed it.
